Cloud

Cloud can be a broad, all-encompassing term that includes multiple options for cloud-based provisions in three distinct models: Private, Hybrid, or Public. Within each of these are many sub-categories such as: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS), Desktop as a Service (DaaS), Backup as a Service (BaaS)…or any other aaS. all about taking the hardware and software that used to live on premises, and migrating to the “cloud” versus a solely premise-based solution.

Disaster Recovery as a Service - DRaaS

DRaaS provides organizations with the ability to utilize recovery services in case of emergency without having to invest in redundant technologies. DRaaS is a cloud-delivered service that allows an organization to back up its data and IT infrastructure in a cloud computing environment.

Desktop as a Service - DaaS

Desktop as a Service (DaaS) provides virtual desktops to end users, allowing them to use any device (laptop, tablet, phone, thin client) virtually. It differs from VDI in that the provider hosts and manages the solution, versus hosting internally on client-owned infrastructure.

Communications Platform

as a Service - CPaaS

CPaaS allows organizations to pick from prebuilt or customized communication interfaces with existing applications. This service offers application leaders a cloud-based, multilayered middleware on which they can develop, run and distribute communications software. The platform offers APIs and integrated development environments that simplify the integration of communications capabilities (for example, voice, messaging and video) into applications, services or business processes.

Communications

Most businesses believe they have their communication infrastructure under control — but the reality tells a different story.

In an era where customer expectations are higher than ever, fragmented communication systems are quietly costing organizations more than they realize. Missed connections, inconsistent customer experiences, and disconnected teams are not just operational inconveniences — they are direct threats to revenue and customer loyalty. The question is no longer whether your communication technology needs to evolve, but how quickly you can make it happen.

Here's what the most successful organizations have come to understand: communication technology is not simply a support function — it is the core infrastructure that every business model is built upon. Those who treat it as such are pulling ahead, while those who don't are falling behind without even knowing it.

The solution lies in two transformative cloud-based technologies — UCaaS and CCaaS.

Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) breaks down the barriers of physical location, uniting your teams and enabling seamless communication and collaboration regardless of where they are. But connecting your internal teams is only half the battle. Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) addresses the other critical piece — your customer-facing operations. By combining core contact center capabilities like advanced call queuing, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and analytics reporting with cutting-edge innovations such as AI, chatbots, and SMS, CCaaS creates a true omnichannel experience that meets customers where they are and empowers agents to deliver consistently exceptional service.

The organizations winning in today's market are not doing more — they are doing things smarter. By leveraging UCaaS and CCaaS together, they have eliminated inefficiencies, deepened customer relationships, and positioned themselves for scalable, sustainable growth. The real risk is not in making a change — it is in waiting too long to make one.

Colocation

Colocation (COLO) is simply utilizing or renting floor space, power, cooling, for an organization’s infrastructure needs, and sometimes bandwidth in a service provider’s data center.

These data centers are redundant with many available carriers, dual fiber paths, and dual power sources, meaning they offer protection against network or power failures. The amount of space rented is entirely up to the client — anywhere from a partial rack to an entire data center. Colocation can be combined with other cloud solutions such as cloud computing, managed applications, and managed databases.

Security

Protect data and critical IT infrastructure from Cybercriminals.

NOC/SOC as a Service

Network Operations Center and Security Operations Center services work in tandem to secure an operation and provide reliable, safe, secure function to the network. NOC helps to reduce downtime, avoid costly outages, and keep operations fully functional, while SOC protects your business against threats and cybersecurity incidents in real-time.

Managed Detection & Response (MDR)

MDR is a service that provides organizations with threat hunting and response once they are discovered. An MDR solution detects threats and passes along data to human experts, who perform threat analysis and response.

Network Security

Network Security services are the cornerstone of protecting your organization. The term refers to both hardware and software solutions as well as management, monitoring, and behavioral controls that, together, defend against breaches, hacking, and other security threats and events.

Security Assessments

Though there are a multitude of security assessments available, there are five key areas of focus for most businesses: security audits, vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, IT audits and IT Risk assessments. None of these tests are the same, and though the terms are often interchanged, it’s important to understand their key differences and deploy the correct tests for your business’s unique situation and needs. TMG has access to best-in-class security firms, giving you well-vetted options and expert guidance in choosing the right testing for you.

Cyber Insurance Validation

Cyber Insurance Verification ensures that companies with Cyber Risk Insurance actually get paid in the event of a claim. The process works by automatically verifying the accuracy of information submitted on the original insurance application and then documenting on an ongoing basis, that the business has used “due care” to reasonably secure their computer network against a breach.

SIEM - Security Information and
Event Management

Strengthen your security posture with comprehensive coverage from a SIEM solution. SIEM solutions are equipped with the capabilities to collect and streamline data across several key points in your security architecture, allowing you to view, analyze, and store real-time and historical data.

This allows log information to be compared with known, existing threats for informed prevention after detection.

MEDR – Managed Endpoint Detection and Response

Along with MDR, there’s now MEDR, MNDR and MXDR, just to name a few additional MDR services. MEDR, or Managed Endpoint Detection and Response, is an increasingly popular offering as an addition to other security services that are traditionally utilized. MEDR allows for threats to be identified and eradicated quickly, protecting your organization in its most vulnerable areas.

IR – Incident Response

Incident Response (IR) is the effort to quickly identify an attack, and remediate the cause of the attack to minimize its effects, contain damage, and remediate the cause. This helps mitigate the impact and reduce the risk of similar incidents in the future.

PEN Test – Penetration Testing

A PEN test is an authorized, simulated attack carried out against your organization by cybersecurity experts using the same methods and tools as legitimate attackers. This helps map out the weaknesses in your existing cybersecurity architecture, identifying key areas of focus and improvement to guide future decisions and solutions.

BOT's

A bot — short for robot and also called an internet bot — is a computer program that operates as an agent for a user or other program or to simulate a human activity. Bots are normally used to automate certain tasks, meaning they can run without specific instructions from humans. This has potential to be used for good, but as with any technology, bad actors have a different idea.

Privileged Access Management - PAM

Privileged Access Management (PAM) helps organizations meter and control access to critical systems and privileged information, securing the network from unauthorized access and monitoring privileges and capabilities in a centralized model

Wide Area Network

Keep your people and applications connected to each other and the world.

TAP TMG!

Circuits

Connectivity creates connections within the enterprise and to the world. Your network is the on ramp to the applications and cloud services that drive the business, connecting users, branch offices, HQ, data centers, and aaS technologies. Although circuits are often considered a commodity, without the proper network design and redundancy, they are the only option for full functionality.

SD-WAN / SASE

SD-WAN stands for Software-defined Wide Area Network. This solution creates a virtual wide area network architecture that provides access to central operations, functions, applications and data from anywhere in the world. It’s a safe and secure solution that supports hybrid and remote workers and intelligently grants secure access from multiple points using a centralized control function.

Legacy Telecom

Legacy Telecom is comprised of older telecom technologies such as MPLS, POTS Lines, PBX solutions, IPVPN, etc. All suppliers are deprecating these types of services on an ongoing monthly to an annual basis. That means that organizations need to make swift decisions about how to move forward before their existing technology becomes obsolete.

IoT – Internet of Things

IoT, or Internet of Things, empowers the connection between previously incompatible and unconnected “things.” The name refers to the collective network of connected devices and the technology that facilitates communication between devices and the cloud, as well as between the devices themselves.

Who We Serve

  • CIO / CTO / IT Leaders

The world of today’s IT leaders has grown more complex because of the explosion of applications and the supporting infrastructure technologies, and because the enterprise’s expectations are for IT to shift from a cost center to a value center. The name of the game is speed-to-value and the deployment of scalable, doing more with the same or fewer resources and less budget, and flexible solutions that meet the needs now and into the future. We help IT leaders navigate this new paradigm. If you’re an IT leader, talk to a consultant today to see how we can help you.

  • CISO

There’s a war waging between sophisticated and opportunistic cybercriminals, often with state-sponsored capabilities, and the enterprises and institutions that house valuable data and intellectual IP. Every day, new threat vectors and exposure arises. It’s imperative that enterprises of all sizes take an effective defensive posture. In the fight to mitigate those risks, we are a CISO’s ally. If you’re a CISO, talk to a consultant today to see how we can help you.

  • CFO

Budget and cost optimization are at the top of the to-do list for today’s CFOs, as they always have been. As the economy changes and market conditions shift, the enterprise is called on to continue to innovate, and technology is a key driver of strategic advantage. We help CFOs optimize costs, spend less on the technology the enterprise needs and do more with the dollars they already have allocated. If you’re a CFO, talk to a consultant today to see how we can help you.

  • Lean IT Teams

Sometimes enterprises run lean IT teams that struggle to keep up with day-to-day management of the infrastructure and user support, let alone manage procurement and implementation of technology roadmaps and strategic technology acquisition projects. Their resources need to stay focused on delivering the most value to the business in core areas. TMG extends the team, without the overhead. If you’re on a lean IT team, talk to a consultant today to see how we can help you.

  • Large IT Teams

Large enterprises often have large, specialized, and siloed teams that have trouble working cohesively across the IT organization to develop and execute the right strategy. In some cases, they need to work with Procurement teams to acquire the technology, and finance to gain funding. We can sit at the center of those teams, facilitating projects and communication. If you’re on a large IT team, talk to a consultant today to see how we can help you.

  • IT Teams With Skill Gaps

Many IT teams today are focused on core competencies, acquiring key talent with deep experience in areas like security, application development and support, and cloud infrastructure. Sometimes that means they lack the bandwidth, specialization, and experience in other areas like mobility, voice, or collaboration to successfully navigate the changing landscape of those technologies. We plug the gaps and bring the expertise to the table. If you’re an IT team looking to close some gaps, talk to a consultant today to see how we can help you.
